ever since I first bought The Kills' album No Wow, I have been obsessed with their singer Allison Mosshart. she epitomizes the style I have coveted for so long but no one seemed to understand my explanation. Here's a girl who oozes effortless cool. She's rather quiet in interview except for exhaling from her Marlboro lights and always seems to have unkempt bangs in her face. She's the not-so-girly face of indie rock, singing in both The Kills and Jack White's band The Dead Weather. When I'm in that store contemplating that third to-do-for leather jacket or a thrashed t-shirt, I always wonder: what would Allison wear?
